PE 254: Theory of Women’s Soccer II

This course continues to incorporate women’s soccer as a theoretical and applied discipline in intercollegiate athletics. Key aspects of women’s soccer such as fundamentals, skills, rules and regulations, and strategies are included. The roles of sports psychology, strength training, functional fitness, exercise, and wellness are addressed.
Prerequisite: Completion of PE 154  with a grade of C or better and permission of instructor.
