PE 154: Theory of Women’s Soccer I

This course introduces women’s soccer as a theoretical and applied discipline in intercollegiate athletics. It will address the main aspects of women’s soccer including fundamentals, skills, rules and regulations, and strategies. It incorporates the importance and role of sports psychology, strength training, functional fitness, exercise, and wellness.
