This course introduces women’s softball as a theoretical and applied discipline in intercollegiate athletics. It addresses aspects of women’s softball including fundamentals, skills, rules and regulations, and strategies. It incorporates the importance and role of sports psychology, strength training, functional fitness, exercise, and wellness.
