This activity course allows students to learn techniques and methods of building muscle mass and strength, as well as develop and improve overall physical fitness and cardiovascular conditioning. It provides students with the opportunity to utilize sophisticated strength and conditioning equipment to accomplish their individual fitness and wellness goals.
