CHEM& 162: General Chemistry with Lab II 5 Cr
Quarters: W, S, SR
This is the second course of a three course sequence in general chemistry with lab for science and engineering majors. Topics include enthalpy, solids, gases, intermolecular forces, chemical kinetics, and chemical equilibrium. Lab activities will enhance the above topics including laboratory safety, quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Prerequisite: Completion of CHEM& 161 with a grade of C or better and concurrent enrollment in MATH& 142 or eligible for MATH& 151 or higher.
