AGSCI 234: Winter Viticulture 2 Cr Quarters: W This course will focus on vineyard management techniques from post-harvest to budburst. Students will be introduced to principles and practical aspects of post-harvest vine management and carbohydrate reserve formation as well as cold weather protection. Cold damage assessment and pruning will be practiced. Prerequisite: AGSCI 135 with a grade of C or better.
