BIOL 101: Survey of Biology

This course is a non-laboratory course that emphasizes the central themes of contemporary biology, including basic life processes, evolution, and genetics.  The topic-based approach presents basic biological concepts and their applications to everyday life.  This course is intended for non-majors and will not serve as a prerequisite for other biology courses.

 
Prerequisite: Eligibility for ENGL& 101   and eligibility for MATH 080  .
