ART 204: Clay II: Intermediate Handbuilding 5 Cr

This course explores advanced hand-building for sculptural ceramic art with an emphasis on craftsmanship and development of a personal sense of direction in skill and artistry. Students will refine surface decorating and glazing techniques and be introduced to principles of kiln firing.
Prerequisite: Completion of ART 202 with a grade of C or better.
