This course is designed to provide students with a conceptual framework within which to examine some of the major human relations issues faced int he workplace and to introduce students to the breath and depth of the field of human relations. Emphasis is on communication; understanding diversity; interpersonal, group, and intergroup relations; ethics; and self-development.
