Scouting Certificate

In agriculture, “Scouting” refers to the job of monitoring crops for pests, diseases and environmental stressors that can affect their production, and then making recommendations and/or taking action to correct these issues. The Scouting Certificate provides students with a concentration of courses in this specific technical area.  The courses within the Scouting Certificate additionally apply toward the Production/Pest Management AAS degree.
