Students can obtain certificates in specialized areas of business including accounting, accounting clerk, management, marketing, or retail management. Certificates should assist students who plan to enter the job market after only three or four quarters.

Required Courses

The Retail Management certificate program summarizes the retail industry and the skills needed to succeed within this arena. It prepares students to be owners, managers, and employees of retail organizations. The Retail Management certificate meets the needs of industry leaders such as the Western Association of Food Chains (WAFC). Courses in the certificate may apply toward the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management.
