CHEM& 100: Preparatory Chemistry 5 Cr
Quarters: F, W, S, SR
This is a one-quarter introduction to chemistry for students who have not had a previous chemistry course or for students who want to take an introductory course before taking the course required for their program. This course covers chemical principles and calculations needed by students taking CHEM& 121 such as nursing, vet tech, dental hygiene, vineyard and winery technology, nutrition, and some agriculture majors among others.
Prerequisite: Eligibility for MATH& 146 + MATH 046 .
Note: Students are allowed to repeat this course only once. See the High Demand Course Repeat Rule.
