AHCN 210: Advanced Care Navigation II 5 Cr
Quarters: F, W, S, SR
This course prepares health care students for Community Health Worker jobs providing opportunities for economic mobility, and sociocultural engagement. The topics covered in this course include: Motivational Interviewing, Health Coaching and Patient Care Follow Up, Quality Improvement and Outcomes, and Electronic Health Records.
Prerequisite: Completion of AHCN 100 and AHCN 105 both with a grade of C or better.
