ECED 105: Child Abuse & Neglect

This course will support the student in the development of skills for working with children from abusive or neglectful home environments. Using theory, research, and practice, students will understand, recognize, and assess child abuse and neglect issues. In addition, the student will identify prevention programs currently available and how these can be implemented in the classroom.
