BASM 375: Applied Principles of Leadership

This course explores the significance of leadership in the workplace. It will highlight the importance of an organization’s and its leader’s ethical responsibility, how to develop appropriate decision-making strategies and skills, and how to create a leadership philosophy. The course will discuss the risks of ethical lapses. Students will learn about practical leadership skills in the workplace.
