This course introduces women’s volleyball as a theoretical and applied discipline in intercollegiate athletics. It addresses the main aspects of women’s volleyball including fundamentals, skills, rules and regulations, and strategies. It incorporates the importance and role of sports psychology, strength training, functional fitness, exercise, and wellness.
Prerequisite: Permission of instructor. See instructor for course permission code.
