PE 153: Theory of Women’s Basketball I

This course introduces women’s basketball as a theoretical and applied discipline in intercollegiate athletics. It addresses the main aspects of women’s basketball including fundamentals, skills, rules and regulations, and strategies. This course incorporates the importance and role of sports psychology, strength training, functional fitness, exercise, and wellness.
