AHPT 201: Pharmacy Externship

The goal of the pharmacy externship course is to provide student exposure to pharmacy practice to develop competency as a pharmacy technician. Students will be assigned to at least two different pharmacy sites to practice pharmacy technician skills under the supervision of a facility-designated preceptor.
Prerequisite: Concurrent enrollment in AHPT 203 or permission of the instructor.
