5 Cr Quarters:S Vineyard Management involves integrating appropriate production strategies with the science of premium grape growing. This course is designed to educate students about establishing and maintaining a healthy commercial wine grape vineyard. Management issues related to production of high quality grapes as part of the winemaking process will be addressed. Prerequisite: AGSCI 135 with a grade of C or better.
