AHST 102: Surgical Fundamentals Lab

In this laboratory course, students will practice entry-level skills within the role of the surgical technologist. Students will engage in team-focused activities, while performing skills related to surgical instruments, surgical patients, decontamination and sterilization of medical devices, and sterile techniques in surgery.
Prerequisite: Permission of instructor.
