AGSCI 499: Agriculture Capstone

Students will analyze market data and metrics to make business decisions as they develop an agribusiness or farm business plan or project to address a challenge or opportunity within the agriculture industry. The student-led project will incorporate business skills, crop production, food safety, analytics and agriculture operations concepts learned throughout the program.
