SOSCI 320: Organizational Behavior 5 Cr

This course explores the interaction of individual employees, employee groups and teams, managers, and the organization. Students will use current organizational behavior theory and research to evaluate issues involving leadership, decision making, communication, motivation, perception, diversity, and conflict, as well as organizational structure, culture, development, and change.
Prerequisite: Admission in a BAS Program at YVC.
