IT 226: End-User and System Support3 Cr
Quarters: W
For the Software Support Specialist degree. Prepares students to train and support end users in a variety of organizational settings. Includes techniques for developing and delivering training as well as strategies to provide ongoing technical support. Emphasis is on solving users’ problems by means of needs analysis, troubleshooting, and interaction with users.
Prerequisite: Completion of 45 credits or equivalent work experience and concurrent enrollment in IT 227 .
