AHCN 204: Advanced Communication in Care Navigation

In this course students will practice advanced communication and non-clinical coaching skills to facilitate health care team interaction while empowering clients to self-advocate and communicate their needs.
Prerequisite: Completion of AHCN 203  with a minimum grade of C or by permission of instructor.
