AHCN 103: Introduction to Chronic Illness

Quarters: F, S
This course is an introductory discussion of select chronic illnesses and comorbidities. The impact of chronic illness on clients and their families will be examined, as well as the role of the care navigator when assisting a client with chronic illness.
Prerequisite: Completion of AHCN 102  with a minimum grade of C or by permission of instructor.
