CHEM& 241: Organic Chemistry I Lecture 4 Cr

Organic chemistry for the student majoring in science or whose career path requires organic chemistry. This is part one of a three-quarter sequence in organic chemistry. Subjects covered will be an introduction to organic structures; nomenclature; stereochemistry; and the chemistry of alkanes, alkenes, and alkynes.
Prerequisite: CHEM& 143 and CHEM& 153 both with a grade of C or better.
