AHMA 145: Office Emergencies for Medical Assistants

This course provides an introduction to medical emergencies that may occur in the medical office or clinic setting. The medical assisting student will learn to respond to emergency situations effectively and use procedural guidelines while operating within their scope of practice.
Prerequisite: Acceptance into the Medical Assistant program.
