AHCN 215: Care Navigation Capstone1 Cr
Quarters: F, W
This culminating experience for the Care Navigation Program will provide opportunities for advanced practice. The completion of an in-depth case study and group activities create opportunities to apply learned care navigator skills and practice processes that can change client outcomes.
Prerequisite: Completion of AHCN 214 with a minimum grade of C or by permission of instructor.
