AHCN 104: Communication Essentials

Quarters: F, S
This course will introduce the basic communication skills which increase the care navigator’s quality of interactions with both clients and members of the health team. Professionalism and establishing personal boundaries during interactions with clients will be stressed.
Prerequisite: Completion of AHCN 103  with a minimum grade of C or by permission of instructor.
