AHCN 101: Introduction to Care Navigation

This course introduces the complexities of the health care system, and identifies the role of the care navigator in assisting the client to effectively maneuver within this system. Care navigation as a practice and the roles of the navigator in relationship to the other members of the medical team will be explored.
